All Good Things Must Come To An End

Finally met our building inspector Denis today for the final building inspection at the house, hard to believe that during the past 5 months we only connected by phone. As per request I provided him with the electrical certificate, potable water certificate,  furnace, h-vac and plumbing paperwork,  and with a quick once over  and the stamp of approval my journey has come to an end. Today the last day of my great adventureI have taken a few minutes to reflect the blog posts that I have created over the past 5 months and  As I am posting my last blog today I find myself  with conflicting emotions....This has been an amazing journey! You have seen me at my best...you have seen me at my worst. I have learned so much and at times I think others have learned from me.,I have had many laughs and many tears, I have been disappointed, frustrated , mad ,angry, sad and confused..... but I would not have had it any other way! You know that saying... "what ever doesnt' kill you makes you stronger". Thanks so much to everyone who were cheering us on from the side lines and  for all your  love and support.  A BIG thanks too my family who have picked up the slack at home  allowing  me to pursue my  dream.  As I drove away for the house today even though I felt a sense of disappointment that my journey have come to and end I thank God that He allowed me this opportunity... and I know that the next adventure is just around the corner, and I can't wait to see what He has in store!

Blessings!

  1. Wow! The house looks great! You are right. It has been quite a journey - a steep learning curve. A sense of accomplishment for all who were involved. Congratulations on persevering to the completion!
